Terms of Service

Overview
These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Waupaca Pressure Washing ("we," "us," or "our") to customers ("you") in Waupaca County and surrounding areas. By scheduling or accepting service, you agree to these terms.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are free and provided before any work begins. Estimates are based on a visual assessment of the property. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions are found to differ significantly from what was assessed — for example, surfaces with heavy buildup, abnormal size, or hazardous access. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.
We do not begin work until you have approved the estimate and pricing.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required to reserve your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover travel and scheduling costs. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions that would compromise safety or results.
Property Access and Preparation
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, including:
- Access to an outdoor water source (spigot)
- Cleared access to the work area
- Removal of personal items, vehicles, or obstacles from the work area prior to our arrival
If access is not available or safe at the time of service, we reserve the right to reschedule and may charge a trip fee.
Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for damage to surfaces or structures that were already damaged, deteriorated, or in poor condition prior to service. This includes but is not limited to: cracked or flaking paint, rotted wood, deteriorated caulking, loose siding, failing mortar, or previously damaged concrete.
We conduct a visual inspection before beginning work. If we identify pre-existing conditions that could be affected by cleaning, we will notify you before proceeding.
Damage to Property
We take every precaution to protect your property. We are fully insured and will take responsibility for damage caused by our negligence during service.
However, we are not liable for damage resulting from:
- Pre-existing deterioration or damage
- Surfaces that cannot withstand standard cleaning pressures appropriate for their material type
- Items left in the work area that were not disclosed or removed prior to service
- Normal wear or discoloration that cleaning cannot remove
Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds
Every job comes with our Streak-Free Guarantee. If you notice streaks, uneven results, or areas we missed within one year of service, contact us and we will return to correct the issue at no charge.
Refunds are not issued for completed services where the work was performed as agreed. If you have a concern about the quality of work, please contact us before the crew leaves so we can address it on the spot. We are committed to making it right.
If a job cannot be completed due to circumstances on our end, you will not be charged.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in Waupaca County, Wisconsin.
Photo and Media Release
By scheduling service with us, you grant Waupaca Pressure Washing permission to photograph your property before and after cleaning for use in marketing materials, including our website and social media. Photos will not include identifying information such as street addresses or personal details. If you do not wish to have your property photographed, please notify us before service begins and we will honor that request.
Results Disclaimer
Results vary depending on the age, condition, and material of the surface being cleaned, as well as the type and severity of staining. While we achieve excellent results in most cases, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, particularly deep-set rust, long-term oil, oxidized concrete, or staining caused by chemical damage. We will communicate realistic expectations before beginning work.
Chemical Safety and Customer Responsibility
We use professional-grade cleaning solutions during service. You agree to take the following precautions before our arrival:
- Secure pets indoors or away from the work area
- Keep children away from the work area during service
- Cover or move sensitive plants that cannot be relocated by our crew
- Close windows and doors near the work area
We pre-wet and post-rinse landscaping as standard practice and use EPA Safer Choice certified products where possible. We are not liable for damage to plants, pets, or personal property that results from failure to follow these precautions.
Waterfront and Environmental Compliance
For properties on or near the Chain O' Lakes and other Wisconsin waterways, we use biodegradable, Direct-Release Certified cleaning solutions that comply with Wisconsin DNR guidelines. We take care to prevent chemical runoff into waterways. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any sensitive environmental features on their property prior to service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
